2. Debt

Prime Net has successfully bifurcated approximately $400 million of commercial properties into fee and leasehold positions. Subject to the long-term ground lease, the landlord (or buyer) retains the ability to finance, manage, renovate and sell. This enables the landlord (or buyer) to secure long-term funds that need not be repaid, at a cost under the applicable constant.

3. Pre-Sale

Prime Net serves as an intermediary for forward commitments on build-to-suit transactions and can arrange up to 100% of the equity required to fund development projects utilizing innovative investment structures.

4. Dispositions

Prime Net can save you time and money on the sale of your properties. We can usually tender an offer within days, from a pre-qualified investor, and our fee structure is typically well below the industry average. We do not require an exclusive listing agreement and we are very sensitive to confidentiality concerns.
